Started off the day at the Pike Public Market. Classic tourist attraction.
Then we went to check out the fish ladder at the Chittendeden Locks. From above, you can see the steps, but not much fish. From below, they have windows that you can see the salmon through when they are spawning. Pretty neat.

Oh, and they have test tube salmon. Pretty fascinating!
Watch out for the bridge troll...
Gas Works Park is a public park that is made from remnants of a coal gasification plant. It's pretty neat to wander around, not to mention you have a great view of Seattle!

And then there was fire. Pretty spectacular to watch with the city in the background.
